ラインガウの３つの村の比較的緩やかな斜面の畑からとれたぶどうを使用。ステンレスタンクでの熟成。ワイン名は「野生」を表し、野性的な果実味と酸とミネラルが由来。リースリングシリーズのベーシッククラス。

Predominantly sourced in Rudesheim, the 2022 Riesling Sauvage GB is clear, bright and fresh on the pure, crystalline and finely saline nose that shows bright fruit aromas. Elegant and refined on the palate, this is a light, round and juicy as well as elegant Riesling with crystalline, finely grained acidity and a crisp, saline finish. Good length. This is a Rheingau classic bottled with just 11% stated alcohol. Screw cap. Tasted at the domaine in September 2023.
