From Sigolsheim's limestone and clay soils, the steel-fermented 2019 Riesling Sentiment shows a clear, pure, fresh and elegant, pretty intense and finely mineral bouquet of crushed stones, lime rind and fully ripe, warm and concentrated Riesling berries. Round, elegant and juicy yet clear, fresh and really fine on the palate, this is a medium to full-bodied, intense and charmingly lush but also vivacious and finely grippy dry Riesling with a generously aromatic but also structured, savory/saline finish. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in March 2023.
