ピュアでフルーティーでありながら、洗練された味わい。口に含むと非常にフレッシュでピュアなミネラル感が感じられ、塩味とストラクチャーが余韻に残る。

The NV Premier Cru Extra Brut Mi-Pentes is a selection of parcels that are located on the mid-slopes around the village of Ecueil. It's pure Pinot Noir that is mostly (70%) from the 2014 vintage, complemented by 30% from the 2013 vintage, and 20% of the cuvee was fermented in oak. The wine offers a pure and fruity yet still lean and rather reductive bouquet. On the palate, this is a very fresh, pure, mineral and tensioned Pinot Noir with good grip and lingering salinity and structure. Still very young, this should benefit from further bottle aging. Disgorged in July 2017 with three grams of dosage. Tight and fresh, it still needs some time. Tasted in April 2018.
